Pre-Design Exploration
We begin by aligning with your vision through collaborative brainstorming sessions. This is followed by the creation of a detailed mood board showcasing styles, materials, and color palettes. To wrap up the phase, we prepare a 2D zoning layout that defines the spatial organization and flow of the retail unit.
Concept Design Development
In this phase, we translate concepts into early visuals. A 2D preliminary design package is developed alongside high-quality 3D render shots. We also select finishes and materials, and design key furniture elements to ensure both functionality and aesthetic alignment with the brand direction.
Final Architectural Design
We deliver a full architectural drawing set, covering all technical and spatial details. This includes flooring, lighting, ceiling, electrical, and FF&E plans, along with elevations, façade drawings, and construction details. Every element is coordinated to ensure a complete and build-ready design.
Electro-Mechanical Integration
This stage includes a full 2D MEP design package featuring HVAC, power, lighting, fire systems, CCTV, and sound layouts. All drawings are fully coordinated with the architectural design to ensure seamless integration between aesthetics and essential technical systems.
Tendering & Execution Planning
To prepare for construction, we develop tender-ready documents including the BOQ, contract, schedule, and vendor list. These materials guide your project through pricing, selection, and contracting—ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with the final design intent.
